Class Overview

Welcome to United States History with Ms. Araujo!

This class is intended for 8th grade students attending Lakeside Middle School.



This class will cover topics such as:

The 13 Colonies
The Revolutionary War
The Constitution
Jackson Era
The Civil War
Reconstruction

Basic Classroom Expectations:

• Be on time! Be prepared!
• Follow directions without reservations
• Show respect to teacher, guests, yourself and classmates
• Stay on task

Class supplies include:

1. "Ms. A Spiral" - this spiral is to only be used for Ms. A's class
2. Pencils, highlighter, correcting pens
3. School Planner
